1. Call to Order
2. Approval of the Minutes of the January 2, 2007 Meeting
3. Consideration of Agenda Items:
A. SD 06-49 Request of Joel Coleman of Rester and
Coleman Engineers, Inc. for Site Plan and
Preliminary Plat approval of The Plantation
at Point Clear, a 236-lot Village
Subdivision. 80 lots are proposed for Phase
I Preliminary Plat. The project is generally
located on County Road 32 just north of the
H.L. “Sonny” Callahan Municipal Airport.
B. SD 07-01 Request of Seth Moore of Moore
Engineering and Surveying for Preliminary
Plat approval of Berrington Place, Phase I, a
41 lot division. The project is generally
located on the west side of Langford Road,
between Highway 104 and Fairhope
Avenue.
C. SD 07-02 Request of Scott A. Hutchinson of HMR,
LLC for Minor Subdivision approval of
Blue Heron, a 3 lot division. The property is
generally located on the north side of Gayfer
Avenue, just east of Greeno Road.
D. SD 07-05 Request of Jeff Thompson of TRB
Development, Inc. for Final Plat approval of
Long Pines Estates, Unit II, a 39 lot
division. The property is generally located
on the west side of County Road 33, just
south of County Road 48.
E. SD 07-06 Request of Scott A. Hutchinson of HMR,
LLC for Minor Subdivision approval of
Blaum Subdivision, a 2 lot division. The
property is generally located on the
northeast corner of the intersection of Sibley
Street and Second Street.
F. IR 07-01 Request of Peter Herndon for Informal Site
Plan Review of a proposed Mixed-Use
building. The site is generally located on
the west side of Section Street, across the
street from the Fairhope Middle School.
G. IR 07-02 Request of Rebecca O. Whiteside of
Williams Blackstock Architecture for
Informal Site Plan Review of additions and
remodeling of Bay Flooring. The property
is generally located on the west side of
Section Street, across the street from the
Fairhope Middle School.
4. Old/New Business
• Discuss proposed updates and revisions to the Fairhope Zoning
Ordinance.
• Discuss proposed amendment to the Fairhope Comprehensive
Plan.
