2. Approval of the Minutes of the October 2nd Meeting
3. Consideration of Agenda Items:
A. ZC 06-20 Request to consider the application of Craig
Dyas of Little-Nichols Marketing LLC for
Re-Zoning of M-1 (Light Industrial District)
to B-2 (General Business District). The
property is located on the Northeast corner
of the intersection of Greeno Road and
Nichols Avenue.
B. ZC 06-18 Request to Consider the Application of
Bones and Babies, LLC for Re-Zoning of R-
1 (Low Density Single Family Residential
District) to Greeno-Gayfer Medical Park
PUD (Planned Unit Development). The
property is located on the Southwest corner
of the intersection of Greeno Road and
Gayfer Avenue.
C. SD 06-38 Request of Volkert & Associates for
Preliminary Plat approval of Stone Creek
Subdivision Phase II, a 66-lot division. The
project is generally located East of Stone
Creek Phase I, off of the East side of State
Highway 181 just South of Cowpen Creek.
D. SD 06-49 Request of Joel Coleman of Rester and
Coleman Engineers, Inc. for Preliminary
Plat Approval of The Plantation at Point
Clear, a 79-lot Village Subdivision. The
project is generally located on County Road
32 just North of the H.L. “Sonny” Callahan
Municipal Airport.
E. SD 06-52 Request of William Parks of Speaks and
Associates for Minor (Rural) Subdivision
approval of Bella Foresta, a two-lot division.
The property is generally located at the
Southeast corner of State Highway 181 and
County Road 32.
F. Comp. Plan Continued discussion of the Comprehensive
Plan revisions
