1. Call to Order
2. Approval of the minutes of the September 5th meeting
3. Consideration of Agenda items:
A. ZC 06-17 Request of Pat Achee of Stone Creek, LLC
to amend the previously approved North
Village at Stone Creek PUD (Planned Unit
Development). The property is located on
the East side of Highway 181, just South of
County Road 44.
B. ZC 06-18 Request to Consider the Application of
Bones and Babies, LLC for Re-Zoning of R-
1 (Low Density Single Family Residential
District) to Greeno-Gayfer Medical Park
PUD (Planned Unit Development). The
property is located on the Southwest corner
of the intersection of Greeno Road and
Gayfer Avenue.
C. ZC 06-19 Request to consider the application of Point
Clear Development, LLC for an initial
zoning of R-5 (High Density Dwelling
Residential District) concurrent upon
Conditional Annexation for property
(Battles Point) located on the Northeast
corner of the intersection of Section Street
and Old Battles Road.
D. SD 06-50 Request of Thomas E. Granger of HMR,
LLC for Minor Subdivision approval of
Colony Oaks, a 4 lot division. The property
is generally located on the West side of
North Bancroft Street, just North of Pine
Avenue.
E. SD 06-51 Request of John Avent of EDS, LLC for
Final Plat approval of The Meadows at Point
Clear Subdivision, a 71 lot division. The
property is generally located on the
Southeast corner of the intersection of
Section Street and Dairy Road.
F. UR 06-01 Request of Fairhope Public Utilities for an
11.52.11 Review of a proposed Sewer Line
to be located along Phillips Place Road
approximately 4 feet off of the edge of the
road.
G. UR 06-02 Request of Fairhope Public Utilities for an
11.52.11 Review of a proposed Gas Line to
be located along Phillips Place Road
approximately 5 feet off of the edge of the
road.
