1. Call to Order
2. Approval of the minutes of the August 7th meeting
3. Consideration of Agenda items:
A. ZC 06-14 Request of Scott Hutchinson of HMR, LLC
for Re-zoning from R-1 (Low Density
Single-Family Residential District) to
Volanta Park PUD (Planned Unit
Development). The property is located on
the south side of Volanta Avenue across the
street from Volanta Municipal Park.
B. ZC 06-15 Request to Consider the Application of RLF
Baldwin Properties, LLC for an Initial
Zoning of M-2 (General Industrial District)
concurrent upon Conditional Annexation for
property located on the west side of
Highway 181 just south of County Road 44.
C. ZC 06-16 Request to consider the application of
George Roberds for an Initial Zoning of B-4
(Business and Professional District)
concurrent upon Conditional Annexation for
property located just south of the
intersection of Middle Street and Greeno
Road. The property abuts the southern
property line of the Holiday Inn.
D. SD 06-45 Request of McCrory & Williams for
Preliminary Plat Approval of East Park
Subdivision, a 47-lot division. The project
is generally located on the north side of
Parker Road, just east of Highway 98.
E. SD 06-47 Request of Rester and Coleman Engineers,
Inc. for Preliminary Plat approval of
Highway 32 Business Park, a 12 lot
division. The property is generally located
on the south side of Marlow Road, just east
of Equestrian Lane.
F. IR 06-11 Request of Scott Hutchinson of HMR, LLC
for an Informal Review of Dogwood Grove,
a 7-lot subdivision located on the northeast
corner of Valley Street and Middle Street.
