B. ZC 06.08 Request to Consider the Application of Cliff
Pitman for Initial Zoning of R-2 Medium
Density Single Family Residential District.
(Generally located southwest of the
intersection of Thompson Hall Road and
Windmill Road.)
C. ZC 06.09 Request to Consider the Application of Cliff
Pitman for a Zoning Change from R-6
Manufactured Home District to R-2 Medium
Density Single Family Residential District.
(Generally located on the south side of
Morphy Avenue and adjacent to Pecan
Trace Subdivision.)
