(1) Application of Robert R. Nahrga,ng to rezone from R--2 to n-3

wood Blvd, as requested by Robert R. Nahrgang. Motion carried•
(2)Aotion was deferred on Middle Bay Land Company's, applica-
tion to rezone Parcel A of Andrews Sycrvey p6nding submittal
of plat avoiding the back up of building to property on the
north. .Chairman Parker was requested to contact Mr.=Moore and
convey this requests**2
t3) Motion by 4r. Nix, seoonded by Mr. Gates, that ontheap-
plioation of M ddle Bay ZAnd Co. to rezbne from R-1 to R-5 Par

City Council that it not be approved. Motion carried unant-
mously.
A spooial meeting was called•for Monday, Jan.29, 1973 'at 7330
P.M* in the Council room.
