Application of M ke Ford to subdivide the above described land into 75 ft. lots.
It was decided tAat action should be postponeduntil after the public hearing on the
zoning, reason being that the 75 ft. lot is not allowed in an R,1 zone and no
full lot apparently is in the B-1 district so that no office building could be
constructed until after the rezoning,( is approved.
Jack Cummings displayed rendering of proposed Gayfer Court Apartments on N. Section
and Gayfer Court , noting that the property is zoned B-1 at present so that R-3
usage will upgrade the zoning. Planning consultant, Bob George, stated that the
lay out met all requirements. Motion by Mr. Pitmans seconded by Mr. Gates, that
the Planning Commission approve the plot plan. Motion carried unanimously.
4xxkW. Warley presented proposed S/D of lots 28&29, block 13, Volanta, eash lot

three lots: 010 951X132' on Bon Secour 9(2) and (3) 66'x 95' on Gayfer St. The
Commission advised that both footage and frontage were too far below R-1 ,stand-
ards to be considered. As an alternative, he was advised to seek R-2 zoning and
revert to his original two lot SID in which the lots were turned to face on Bon
,*B000ur. HotiOn by Mr. Gates, seconded by Mr. Banc, that mvdb. Wairley's R-2
xosoning application and his 2 lot subdivision, both of lots 28& 29 , bl.131, Vo-
lauta, be -forwarded to the City Council with recommendation for approval and
without public hearing by the Commission. Motion carried unanimously.
