2. Approval of the Minutes of the July 6, 2009 Meeting
3. Consideration of Agenda Items:
A. ZC 09.01 Public Hearing to consider the application of
Thomas Toombs of Black Angus
Development to rezone his property from R-2
Single Family Residential District to PUD
(Planned Unit Development). The property,
known as Dogwood Subdivision, is located on
the northeast corner of Valley Street and
Middle Street.

B. ZC 09.02 Public Hearing to consider the application of
Klumpp Family Limited Partnership to rezone
their property from R-A (Residential/Agriculture
District) to PUD (Planned Unit Development).
The property is located on the west side of State
Highway 181, just south of the intersection of
Fairhope Ave. and St. Hwy. 181.

C. ZC 09.03 Zoning Ordinance Amendment – Article III,
Section D., 9. Accessory Dwelling Units
D. SD 05.56 Request of Gregory P. Bru for a one (1) year
extension of Preliminary Plat approval for the
Cottages at Point Clear, Phase II (Villas at Point
Clear). The property is located on the south side
of Battles Road (if headed west) just before
Battles Road makes a sharp turn to the north.

Plat approval for the Resubdivision of Replat of

Department for an 11.52.11 review of the
