B. Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) Discussion
C. UR 09.02 Request of the City of Fairhope Gas Department
for an 11-52-11 Review of a proposed 2” Gas
Main extension on the west side of County Road
13 from Bishop Road, south to County Road 24,
approximately 2,600 feet.
D. UR 09.03 Request of the City of Fairhope Gas Department
for an 11-52-11 Review of a proposed 2” Gas
Main extension on the east side of County Road
3 from Brodbeck Lane, south to Battles Road,
approximately 2,700 feet.
E. UR 09.04 Request of Baldwin County Sewer Service for
an 11-52-11 Review of a proposed 8” Sewer
Force Main extension on the east side of State
Highway 181 from Co. Rd. 32 to Co. Rd. 27,
approximately 14,575 feet. Continuing
proposed 8” Sewer Force Main extension on the
north and east side of Co. Rd. 27 to Hwy 98,
approximately 5,500 feet. Proposed 6” Sewer
Force Main on the north side of Sherwood
Highland Dr., approximately 2,200 feet.
Proposed 4” Sewer Force Main extension on the
north side of McKenzie Rd., approximately
4,400 feet. Proposed 8” Sewer Force Main
extension on the south side of U.S. Hwy. 98
from Dominion Dr. to Keller Road,
approximately 6,700 ft.
F. UR 09.05 Request of the City of Fairhope Water & Sewer
Department for an 11-52-11 Review of a
proposed 8” Sewer Force Main Installation on
the north side of Hwy 98 from Scenic 98, east to
Key Allegro Mobile Home Park, approximately
three miles.
G. UR 09.06 Request of the City of Fairhope Water & Sewer
Department for an 11-52-11 Review of a
proposed 6” Sewer Force Main Installation on
the south side of County Rd. 32 from Lea Circle
to Hwy. 181 and turning south on the west side
of Hwy. 181 to Silverwood Dr., approximately
4,200 ft. Proposed 3” Sewer Line Installation
into the Gainswood and Silverwood
Subdivisions, approximately 6,500 feet.
