Minutes of previous meeting approved as moa1ix corrected, chang- ing the last sentence in the paragraph beginning " Plat of Re - subdivision of Plat B" to read" it was agreed that after Mr. Bate- man had made his recommedations, the Commission would take action when application is properly submitted . " Old Business Public hearing on application of Roy White to rezone from R-1 and R-2 to R-3 the following described property: Mrs. Evans, Mrs. Joyner, Mr. Conrow, adjacent property owners requested clarification of Mr. Whites request and upon being in- formed, voiced no complaints. Motion by Mr. Pitman, seconded by Mr. Gates, that the Fairhope Planning and Coning Commission recommend to the City Council the rezoning requested by Mr. White. Motion carried. Resubdivision of Plot B of Niemeyer's leasehold discussed. The secretary was instructed to write Mr. Niemeyer that no action was taken due to his failure to submit a corrected plat as per Mr. Bateman's letter. New Business Following discussion as to need for updating the " Building Condition " map, motion by Mr. Pitman, seconded by Mr. Parker, that the Zoning _Commission recommend to the City Council that the present " Building Condition " map of the City of Fairhope be brought up to date. . Motion carried. Mr. Bateman commented on the need for by-laws by the Commission and reported that he would send a copy of proposed by-laws to each member for study.
