Res Parcel a Subdivision
Dear Dr. Fredericks
2 hav* reviewed this subdivision and offer the following Comments
1. The Plat should ,;chow the nam s and Addresses of the surround -
lag property owners as they appear on the current tax records.
2* Grand Boulevard north doss not have a paVement width indicated
an the plat.
3. The s etLack lines; are not shown*
4# The block dessigAatlonss are not Shown*
S. Contours ara not shown, without a couatour tea, it is difficult
to ascertain if any easatvents are necessary for drainage.
b. Z would suggest that Gxar4 Boulevard north join the property
to the north with a temporary cul-de-sac so as to allow eax*-
meat to that vacant property.
I would suggest that the Manning Co'a=ission have a bettor
ay,provlAig the utilities by the city", utilitie3 dopartment
katare, the i°lanninq Comsaissioa accepts the plat.
I would; suggest that the planning C *mission- secure approval
of the Fairhope Slagle Tax Coryaratioa before approval of
the plat.
