Regular and Public Meeting

Parker
Absent: Members Pitman, Gates
Visitors: Mr, BAteman, Dyson, Valentim, Mr. and Mrs. Dawson, Mr.
and Mrs. Middleton, Mrs. Frye.
Minutes of previous meeting read as approved.
Old Business:
Application of Mildred Patton to rezone from R-2 to B-1 lot 17,
bl6ck 16, Volanta Subdivision. Applicant stated that no construc-
tion was anticipated; just a sign " Mildred Patton- Accounting
Service".
Following discussion, motion by Mr. Macon, seconded by Mr. Parker,
that the Planning Commission recommend to the City Council that the
application of Mildred Pattonto rezone from R-2 to B-1 Lot 17, flock
16, Volanta Subdivision br rejected on the advice of the Planning
Consultant and/or unttil the Commission has an application complete
as to type ofbu.sihess•- and dimensions of building to be placed on
said lot and, also, until definite arrangements on the widening of
Section Street are worked out. Motion carried unanimously.
New Business
Application of Roy C. White to rezone from R-1 And A-2 to R-3 the
following described property:
Motion by Mr. Kirk, seconded by Mr. Box, that the application of
Roy C. White be accepted for advertising for public hearing at the
next regular meeting. Motion carried.
Plat of Resubdivsion of Plot B of Niemeyer Dlba ehold having been
submitted too late for preview by the Planning Consultant no action
coyld be taken at this meeting. It was agreed that after Mr. BAt�- �
man had made his recommendations, the Commiss on would c e

Mr. le, a nt for M s. Patton, arriving late, was apprised of
the Commission's action on her application.
There being no further business the meeting adjourned.

division 1 of the land of lessor in the city -
of Fairhope, Ala bama as per it's plat thereof
filed for record September 13, 1911; run north
109 feet more or less for a POINT OF BEGINNING;
then north 240 feet more or less, thence west 229
feet; thence south 70 feet, thence west 10 feet
more or less, then south 70 feet; thence east 70
feet more or less; thence south 100 feet more or
less and then east 1681 feet to the POINT OF
BEGINNING.
Said land being located on the west side of
Church Street as established by right-of-way
deeds to the City of Fairhope Frac°1 section 18
Township 6 South, range 2 East, Baldwin County,
Alabama.
