P. 4. Drawer 429
City of Fairhope Alabama
Gentlemen:
This letter is to advise you of a zoning violation on the
west side of Bayview Street, south of the Fairhope Avenue by
• Thomas and Corte Automobile Dealer.
Thomas and Corte are conducting a business in Residentia L
District (R-2) by utilizing the property as an automobile stor-
age lot. During the week of August 25 they have extended the
area further into the residential zone by clearing trees and brush,
grading and applying gravel to the surface and on August 29 moved
cars into the newly prepared area.
It is requested that you undertake to stop and prohibit this
violation of zoning provisions.
There also appears to be a further violation of Section 13-
34C, Fairhope Code regarding a vehicle being allowed to remain in
an unlawful place longer than 72 hours.
Sincefe y,
Willian A. Tr up
