Regular Meeting, Monday, July 7, 1969

Present: Chairman Fredericks, Members Macon, Bishop, Arnold,
Pitman
Absent: Members KirV,Gates.
was reported that Mr. Bagnell had resigned from the Commission.
nutes of previous meeting approved as read.
Visitors: Mrs. Ponder, Mr. Mossholder, Earle, Dyson.
There was no old business.
New Business
Mr. Paul Bonnell requested criticisms and suggestions regarding
a rough sketch he displayed of subdivision of his land located
on Parker Road in the police jurisdiction of Fairhope; he was
advised that he needs a 50 f t. R 0 W on his street and a fifty
foot radius on his cul de sac.
Application for rezoning from R-1 to R-3 lots 15 and 16, block 3,
Central Park Addition of Fairhope was received from L. I. Boone.
Motion by Mr. Pitman, seconded by Mr. Macon, that the rezoning
application of L. I. Boone be accepted tor advertising for public
hearing at the next regular meeting. M tion carried unanimously.
Mr. Charles Earle, as agent for Mrs. James T. Boggs presented
resubdivision of her property on N. Ingleside described as
" the North 132 feet of lot 11 and the south 24.9 feet of lot 12
in the John M. Green- subdivision of the west half of the north-
east quarter of Section 17, Township 6 south, range 2 east,
Baldwin County, Ala." Following close inspection of the plat by
members, motion byMr. Arnold, seconded by Mr. Macon, that pre-
liminary and final approval be givbn the resubdivision of the
James T. Boggs Subdivision. Motion ca rJed unanimously.
Mr. Earle and Mr. Ponder, surveyor on the excellence of appli-
cation and plat.
There being no further business, meeting adjourned.
