Hon. Richard Co Macon, Mayor,
City of Fairhope.
Dear Dick:
As I mentioned to you some months ago, my frequent absences
from Fairhope have prevented no from being of any real Bss
on the Zoning and Planning Commission. I'n sure you can re-
place me with son eene who will give the job the time it de-
serves and who will also have a better knowledge of local con-
ditians, problems and needs than I do.
Please accept this as ny resignation from. the Coznission, ef-
fective at your eonvenienco.
My contacts with your administration have been interesting and
pleasant. It is unlikely, but if there should bb any situation
where you think I can do any good please let me know.
Sincerely,
D6.g?sBagnell
