Motion by Mr. Macon, seconded by Mr. Arnold that the minutes of the previous meeting be approved as read. There was no obd business. New business. Application of Eugene Bosby to rezone ^g, from R-1 to B-1 property descibed below, located on Young Street —outside t.he—city-limits but within#ihe police juris- diction: _ 11 Motion by Mr. Arnold, seconded by Mr. Bung, that the re- zoning application of Eugene Bosby be accepted for adver- tisin§ for public hearing on March 4, 1968. Motion carried. S ugguested new forms for subdivision approval and rezon- ing applications were discussed; it was agreed that Mr. Macon, Mr. Niemeyer and Mr. Dyson would study the forms and repoo`rt recomme"iations to the next meeting. Mr. Arnold moved the adoption of the following resolution: BE IT RESOLVED that the Fairhope Planning and Zoning Commission request the City Council to direct the city at- torney to prepare appropriate ordinance to prevent the paving of streets in subdivisions which have not been ap proved by the Planning Commission and/or in which utility lines have not been installed. BE iT FURTHER RESOLVED that the ordinance prepared be submitted to the Planning Commission for consideration before being referrred to the City Council for action. Mr. Macon seconded the motion.
