FAIRHOPE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION
SPECIAL MEETING
Monday, February 7, 1966
Present: Chairman Frederick, members Macon, Stipes, Niemeyer,
Bagness.
Visitors: Mr. Bateman, planning consultant; Councilmen Spader,
Stipes, Stine; Mr. McCoy, Milder and Stejskal of the Adjustment
Board; Mr. Shull, Chairman of Recreation Board; Mr. Robertson
Chairman of Industrial Development Board; Ack Moore, City Engineer
John Duck, City Attorney; Mr. Dyson, Building Inspector.
Chairman dispensed with reading of minutes and turned the meeting
over to Mr. Bateman; a motion picture short "Planning for Pros-
perity" was shown, followed by general discussion on a workable
program for Faiarhope. •
Mr. Frederick stated that the chair would entertain a motion that
Planning and Zoning Commission recommended to the City Council that
the City Council take all actions necessary for the City to be
certified for Federal funds.
Mr. Bagnell so moved, Mr. Niemeyer seconded, motion carried unan-
imously.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
