PRESENT: Chairman Frederick, Pitman, Bagness, Niemeyer, Gates
Bung, Macon, Stipes.
VISITORS: Mr. Bateman, Dyson, Yohn, W. Wilson, Chester Hunt.
Minutes of July meeting read and approved as read.
August meeting was postponed due to lack of quorum.
New member, Ben Barnhill resigned. No replacement has been appointed.

' Walter Wilson presented ap ication of W. N. Olson to rezone from
R-2 to B-2 lots 22 and 23 olanta Subdivision.
Motion by Mr. Stipes, seconded by Mr. Niemeyer that rezoning appli-
cation of W. N. Olson be accepted for advertising. Motion carried
unanimously.
Motion by Air. Mason, seconded by Mr. Pitman that the Planning and
Zoning Commission recommend to the City Council the rezoning from
R-2 to B-1 property of W. R. Todd, described as follows:
Land in S. W. 4 of N. W1 of Sec. 16,
TS 6 S, R 2E, Baldwin County, Ala.,
and in the City of Fairhope, having a
depth from Greeno Road of approxima-
tely 628 feet and a depth from Morphy
Avenue of approximately 589 feet.
Voting Aye, Frederick, Pitman, Bagnell, Niemeyer, Gates, Stipes;
Macon. I•Lr. Bung abstaining. Motion carried.
On Mr. Bateman's recommendation, the secretary was instructed
to order latest editions of any code books desired by the
building inspector.
Mr. Bateman was instructed to send Planning Commission members
written list of suggested activities for their stzAdy and future
action.
There being no further business, meeting adjourned.
