Present: Chairman Frederick, Members Gates, Pitman,
Bagnell Niemeyer, Bung, Barnhill.
Absent: Members Macon and �tipes.
Visitors: Mr. Bateman, Todd, Schneider, Sr.,, Stroop,
Earle, Pearson, Gable, Mrs. Schneider, Jr.,
Johnson, McKibbon.
Minutes of previous meeting approved as read.
Ben Barnhill appointed for six year term on June 28, 1965
was welcomed to the Commission.
OLD BUSINESS:
Application of W. R. Todd to rezone from R-2 to B-2 the

Following dismissal of the visitors and general discussion
by members, Motion by Mr. Niemeyer, seconded by Mr. Barnhill,
that action oft!. R. Todd's rezoning request be postponed
until August meeting to give members time to evaluate the
situation. Motion carried unanimously.
NEW BUSINESS:
At the request of the building inspector plat showing

proposed off-street parking at the Apartment House to be
completed on Fairhope Avenue, was presented by Mrs. Kamper,
Agent, to the Commission for approval. Motion by Mr. Gates,
seconded by Mr. Pitman that the Planning and Zoning Commission
approved plat submitted showing fifteen off-street parking
spaces. Motion carried unanimously.
