Niemeyer and Jack Stapes, Visitors: Mr, Gene Woolley, Joe Schneider, Robert Schneider, Bill Gable, Waino Hoffren, Fred Ingersoll, Mr. and Mrs. Wm, Todd. The CheIrman explained the purpose of the meeting was to ascertain the feelings of the property owners east and adjacent to Greeno Blvd. near the intersections of Fairhope Avenue and Morphy Avenue in regards to the future development of this area. Mr. Joe Schteider stated that the Schneider Corporation is not opposed to business but is opposed to M-1 zoning. Robert Schneider is definitely opposed to M-►1 but agreeable to B-3. Mr. Todd would be satisfied with B-19 2 or 3 zoning, Mr, Gable preferred B-3 or M-1 along Greeno or B-3 for his entire property on both Greeno and Morphy. Mr. Hoffren has leased property to Coastal Concrete now operating as non -conforming use; prefers his property be left as zoned, R-2. Mr. Ingersoll with 200 ft, south of Nichols on Greeno and a lease leasing Wainwright -Fisher property running approximately 1200 ft, east on Nichols and fronting on Greeno prefers B-3.
