M. - City Hall I Present: Chairman Woolley, members Pitman, Kirk, Bung. Absent: Members Spader Bagnell Gaston. Visitors: Mr. Ferguson, korsman, hahrgang, Brazael. N Schneider, Frederick, Dyson, Yohn, Byrne, Mrs. Minutes of previous meeting read and approved as read. There was no old business. Mr. Earl Forsman ppeared requestin advice on opening of Laurel St. feom Kumquat to C�iurch Streets, plated on old map of Magnolia Beach but not shown on later maps. He was told that this part of Laurel St. had been vacated before the area was annexed by City; that the Planning Commission would accept plat showing dedicated extension of Laurel Street but the street must be paved, curbed and guttered before acceptance by the City. Mr: NaEhrgang displayed layout of lots in proposed R-9 buffer zone on Valley Drive; plat was discussed and placed on file. Subject of required parking space in B-2 area introduced and tabled until future meeting with Mr. Bateman present. There being no further business the meeting adjourned. % Eloise T. E. Wooley, Chairman of the Board; and Mr. L. C. Maury, who was then Secretary, that application by W. L. White to have Lots Massing 14 in Oswell Sub- division re -zoned from R-2 twas duly made, considered and granted, and this on to you together with the affidavit so that you can correct the records of the Zoning Commission to show this action taken. If there are any questions about how this should be written up, please give me a ring and I will assist you. MAURY, and the undersigned, who were members of the Fairhope Zoning Commission, both of whom being duly sworn, depose and say that, L. C. MAURY was Secretary, and the other was a member of the Fairhope Zoning Commission from the 5th of April 1957 to the 24th of June 1957• That on or about the 5th day of April 1957, an application was filed by W. L. WHITE to have Lots 13 and 14 in Oswell Subdivision rezoned from R-2 to B-1. That on the 3rd day of May, 1957, in accordance with due advertisement, a public hearing was had on said application. No final action was taken on that day on said request but on the 8th day of May, 1957, at a special meeting of the Fairhope Zoning Commission, at which meeting it was approved to grant the request, and said property was rezoned from R-2 to B-1. �, Sworn and subscribed to before me this 'S L� day of \T� ; �.
