Attention: Mrs, Eliose Wilson
Dear Mrs. Wilson:
I made a careful examination of the facts regarding
the White application, and, basing opinion on my
examination I find that according to affidavit by
Mr. J. E. Wooley, Chairman of the Board; and Mr.
L. C. Maury, who was then Secretary, that application
by W. L. White to have Lots Massing
14 in Oswell Sub-
division re -zoned from R-2 twas duly made,
considered and granted, and this on to
you together with the affidavit so that you can
correct the records of the Zoning Commission to show
this action taken.
If there are any questions about how this should be
written up, please give me a ring and I will assist
you.
Yours very truly,
