City Nall
Present: Members Frederick, Kirk, Spader, Schneider, Bung,
Absent: Chairman Woolley, members Gaston, Pitman, Bagnell.
Visitors: Mr. Klumpp, McKee, Green, Robert Nahrgang and son,
Byrne, Bateman, Yohn, Dyson.
In absence of Mr. 'Woolley, Mr. Byrne acted as chairman.
No old business.
New Business:
(1) Preliminary plat of addition to Deep Tree Forest Subdivision
located North of'Deep Tree Forest Subdivision on Ingleside Ave.,
Robert Green owner. In the discussion Mr. Dyson, Building
InsAector, stated no approval is possible until sanitation
problem of sewer or septic tank has been settled- said problem
on agenda of City Council meeting of March 9 1964. Mr. Green
was so advised and instructed to return to the next meeting
with vicinity map and restrictive covenants.
(2) T. J. Klumop of Klumpp Motors appeared with plat of proposed
building on North side of Section between Maggnolia and Bancroft
Streets; Mr. Bateman and Dyson to work with Mr. Klumpp to insure
best possible layout.
(3) Robert Nahrgang 'was instructed to take to the City Council
meeting of March 9, 1964 plat delineating buffer zone on desired
rezoning from R-9 to R-2 a section of Fairwood Subdivision South
of Gayfer Street.
(4) Letter from L. E. and Mary J. Hilburn requesting written
approval of proposed subdivision on Fairhope Avenue north of
Greeno in the police jurisdiction. The searetar was instructed
to write him letter outlining procedure for subdivision approval
as set forth in the Subdivision Regulations.
Mr. Bateman, Planning Consultant suggested City wide inspection
of all buildings to ascertain locations of substandard structures.
There being no further business meeting adjourned.
