CITY HALL Present: Chairman Woolley, members Gaston, bung, t-redericks, Schneider, Poser. Absent: idiembers Tyson, Pitman Visitors: George Dyson, Robt. Mason, L.E. Boone, P.J. Byrne Chairman dispensed with reading of minutes for last regular mtg. Purpose of me:;,ti.ng: Discussion of proposed building program of the City of Fairhope and location of land for same. P.r. Boone displayed and explained map of land being considered. Poser Motion by MIr. Bxznx, seconded by Mr. Bung, that the following resolution be adopted: BE IT RESOLVED thatthe Fairhope Planning and Zoning Commission request the Fairhope Single Tax Corporation to,Vz=Q A G i„rt- to remove all restrictions from the deed dated 29 September ,1931 on the following property, that land lying'South of Bayou Char - bon, East of Section Street and North of Fairhope Avenue, in or- der that the City of Fairhope can plan on developing said property for mdnicipal purposes.. lJotion carried unanimously. 'K.otion by Iv:r.Schneider, seconded by .-r. iposer, that the Fairhope Planning and Zoning Commission recommend to the Fairhope City Council that part of Tensaw Avenue be vacated as shown on plat submitted by Walter Wilson, represethting the Eastern Shore Art Association and J. E. Moreno representing John Craig, and be relocated as shown on the Same plat. motion carried unanimously. Meeting adjourned. "71 4
