Present: Chm. 'hoolley, members Frederick, Kirk, Dyson, Pitman, Nelson
Absent: Members uaston, Malone
Visitors: Mr. Byrne, Warley, Carpenter, Arnold.
Motion by Mr. Dyson, seconded by Mr. Frederick thatthe reading of the
minutes be omitted. Motion carried„
Motion by Mr. Frederick, seconded by Mr. Dyson, that the replat of
portion of Robert Green subdivision, Byrd L. Moore engineer, be approv
edafter the additions noted on file copy of plan are added. Motion
carried unanimously.
Motion by Mr. Frederick, seconded by Mr. Schneider, that the subdiv-
ision of the Robert Mason leasehold of the Fairhope Single Tax Colo-
ny land located in the SE J of the NEB of Sec. 17, T6S, R2E between
Greeno Blvd. and Ingleside Avenue, be approved subject to the further
additions:(1) Minimum building setback,(2) Certificate by surveyor
or engineer as to accuracy of plat,(3) Location of utility lines.
Motion carried unanimously.
Motion by Mr. Frederick, seconded by Mr. Dyson, that the subdivision of
J.C. Carpenter's land, lots 6, 7,8, Block 3, Volanta, map recorded
in Miscellaneous Book 1, page 341, Probate Judge Records, Baldwin
County, Alabama, be approved as submitted. Motion carried unanim(us-
ly.
Motion by Mr. Schneider, seconded by Mr. "elson thatthe subdivision
Carrie Young property in lot 7, Sec. 17, T6S. R2E, Fairhope, Baldwin
County, Alabama be approved as per plat submitted. Motion carried
unanimously.

corporation's replat of the deFerriett Court Subdivision, block 6

submitted. Motion carried unanimously.
Motion by Mr. Schneider, seconded by Mr. Dyson, that the application
of Mrs. Irene Waldo and 'Irs. K.. M. Evans for rezoning froT R-2 to
B-2 property located on theS, corner of Qak Street and N. i6Q& Street
lots 1, 20, block,8,'i Div•31 F.S.T.C.1; " e accepted for advertising.
Motion carried unanimously.
Motion by Mr. Kirk* Pitman, seconded by Mr. Kirk, thatthe subdivision
of Frank Clemmon's(Clemon) property, lots U2, block 9, Hoyle -
Worcester Addition to Fairhope, Ala. as per Map Book 1, page 1, be
approved as submitted. Motion carried unanimously.

Motion by Mr. Kirk, seconded by Mr. Schneider that the plat of the
resubdivision of W. F. Mandrell's land, lots 1, 213,36.37,38 of
Block A and lots 1,2,3,36,37137, Block B, Bay View Subdivision, as per
platithereof recorded in Map Book 1, page 166, be approved as prelimi-
nary plans, subject to final plat requirements as stated in Sections
32.11 2 and 3, Land Subdivision Regulations and manual. Motion
carried unanimously.
Motion by Mr. Nelson, seconded by Mr. Pitman, that the subdivision
of the West 110.5 feet of the South 15196 feet of Block 14, Div. 4,
rairhope Single Tax Corporation lands, the Stanley leasehold, be
approved as submitted. Motion carried unanimously.
Mr. Byrne was requested to check on fall -out shelters with Mr. Bate-
man, Planning Consultant.
The Chairman called on the Committee on the Church -to -Section -Streets -
Alley. Mr. pitman reported that the committee was still investigat-
ing and xonferring.
There being no ffurther business the meeting adjourned.
