Absent: Kirk. Visitors: P.J. Byrne, Claude Arnold, Elliott, Rickarby, Forrest Warren Mra . harry McDonnell. r7 Mr. Woolley's term as chairman having expired, Mr. Gaston was appointed chairman pro tem. Motion by Mr. kalone, seconded by Mr. Frederick that Mr. Woolley be ne-elected Chairman. Motion carried unanimously, Minutes of the regular meeting of June 2, 1961 were approved as read. Minutes of the special meeting of June 23, 1961 were approved as corrected to incluce the names of Dr. Frederick and Mr. Dyson as pre.. sent. Mrs. "arry McDonnell requestedthe opinion of the Commission as to the permissibility of an individual bVying, refinishing and reselling antiques in an R district. She was advised to furnish her client a copy of Section 36#10 " HOME OCCUPATION in the Zoning Ordinance. Claude Arnold presented a lette plan from E.M. Bailey requesting the Commission to rezone fp o M-1 the north west corner of Volanta Avenue and Section Stree - 198 ft. on Volanta and 198 ft. on North Section. He was instructed to appear at the next meeting with larger and more complete plot plan showing location of proposed building with a thirty foot set back from property lines, parking areas, etc. Forrest Warre n appeared with William Lamb to request the rezoning from R-2 to B-1 the southeast corner of North Section Street and Barkley Street- 90 ft. on Barkley and 66 ft. on Section. His instructions were similar to Mr. Arnold's as above„ Cecil M�-,!_P�� .tm -�ubmitted building permit application for lot 34 unit 2 Park Terraac.e"rejected by the building inspector because on unpaved street—ali asked advice as to whom to present it next. He was advised to take it to the Board of Appeals. Next meeting- special meeting Friday July 14, 1961 at 4 P.M.
