Present: Chm. Woolley, members J.E. Gaston Sr, Joe Schneider, Jack
Kirk, Ray Malone.
Visitors: Eldon Harrington, Lee Parker, Mrs. George Werner, George
Dyson, J. E. Gaston Jr., Peter Byrnes, R.S. Batemen.

Old Business: Subdivision of Robert Schneider Motion by Mr. A"alone,
seconded by Mr. Gaston that the final plat of subdivision of south
200 ft. of North 677.05 ft. of West 400 ft. of remainder of NW f of
SW -J after allowing 40 ft. on North for Fairhope Avenue and 40ft.
on West for Greeno Road as submitted by Robert Schneider be approved
as submitted. Motion carried unanimously.
New business: Letter f ron L.C. Maury resigning fron Commission due to
conflict o; time and personal business. Motion by Mr. Boone, second-
ed by -'Ir.6 aston that the resignation be accepted with regret. Mali
Motion carried unanimously.
The secretary was instructed to write letter to Mr Maury from
the Commission expressing appreciation for his long and faithful
service.
Mr. Sam Dyson was appointed by Mayor Schneider to fill Mr. Maury's
unexpbired term.
Mr. Eldon Harrington presented request and preliminary plans for
Trampoline Center on lands of Lee Parker on West side of North a
Section Street. He was instructed to present detailed plans and
description to the secretary after which a special meeting, if
necessary, will be called to consider his application.
Mr. Robert S. Bateman of Robert S. Bateman and Associates of Mobile
appeared before the Commission with recommendations as to needs
of the Commission in the way of additional detailed maps, etc.
Motion by Mr. Dyson, seconded byMr. Gaston that the Planning Com-
mission recommend to the City Council that it take steps to pro-
cure an "accurate" base map and lot and block map within the City
` limits. Motion carried unanimously.
Next regular meeting April 7, 1961 at 4 P.M. , City Hall.
There being no further business the meeting adjourned.
