PIERCE FREDERICK, RAY MALONE, L.C. MAURY CECIL PITMAN INTERESTED VISITORS: CLAUDE ARNOLD, J.F. HUITT, HAROLD GRAHAM The minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved. The letter from the Klein Brothers was presented asking that area in south half of block between Pleasant Street and Greeno on North side of Prospect be rezoned to B-1 as is the balance of the block. A letter to be sent to Klein Broth©rs on proper procedure to present this matter properly. J.F. Huitt and his engineer, Harold Graham, had prelimary plot plan of a prpposed subdivision of land in North Section of the City extending from Highway 89 to Fly Creek in the area of Devils Hole. Moved by Cecil Pitman and seconded by Pierce Frederick that the tentative plans be approved subject to an acceptable turn around be made on a corrected plat and at that time C.B. Niimeyer and L.C. Maury will then sign the approved R+.---1-1Qtion carried. Cecil Pitman presented plat pla offPark Terrace Unit # 2 for approval. Discussion was given this plan. Moved by L.C. Maury and seconded by Ed Overton that subject to Cul-de-sac dedication that C.B. Niemeyer and L.B. Maury be authorized to approve the corrected plat. Motion carried. A Mebting adjourned.
