Members Present: Chairman Woolley, L.C. Maury, C.B. Niemeyer, Ed
Overton, Charles Below, Cecil Pitman and Pierce Frederick. Members
absent: J.E. Gaston, Sr. & Gavin Linter.
Visitors: Rose Kamp^r, Chester Billie and Claude Arnold.

A rap, including contours of Chester Billiets C onial Acres, P rt I,
was brought before the Board asking for various e anges vit-F tentative
approval asked for in regard to the changes. These changes world msan
in part that the proposed lots would not back up to the present Highway,
also by changing co tain streets, some bad grades on the streets would
be eliminated by this change. Moved by Charlie Below and seconded by
Pierce Frederick that these changes as tentatively proposed be accepted
as such. Motion carried.
A letter from Rose Kamper was read by Chairman Woolley. TI;is letter was
in regard to a iimeographing business being done in a residential zone.
Discussion was given this letter by various members of the Board. Chair —
ran Woolley appointed Charlie Below and L.C. Maury to investigate the
above subject and make recozmendations. This committee is to report back
to the Beard.
