Members present: Chairman Wooley, Cecil Pitman, E. B. Overton, C. B. Neimeyer,
Gavin Hunter, L. C. Maury, Charles Belew, and J. E. Gaston, Sr.
Interested Non-members present: Clarke Taylor and Baker Brownell
Discussion of Clarke Taylor sub-division,:Cb17onial Acres P 22 was made by
the Board in considerable detail. L
Moved by C. B. Neimeyer that Clarke Taylor resubmit his plat with all corrections
made by this Board. Upon submission of corrected plat to Chairman Wooley and
Secretary Maury, that the plat be approved, second by Gavin hunter. Motion carried.
Discussion on Baker Brownell proposal to obtain 27 feet easement, from Mrs. E. L.
Russel.
Moved by Cecil Pitman, seconded by C. B. Neimeyer, that easement mentioned above
for a driveway be approved. This being the East 27 feet of the E. L. Russel prop-
erty. Motion carried.
