and Doyle. Visitors: i'Tahrgang and Lenoir Thompson.
Old business:
Chairman Vjoolley asiked Doyle for a report on sub -standard housing
and trailers in R1 and R2 areas. Mr. Doyle stated that he needs
an extension of time for this research. 1,1a jor street plan was
discussed. :Ylr. Doyle stated that Gayfer Street should be opened
and that steps should be immediately taken to procure a cut -in
street to the school without penetrating -Highway 89 (Section Street).
Mr. Doyle stated that Iie was working diligently on the major street
olan that the he would submit it for our consideration at the
earliest practicable moment.
New Business:
Chairman INoolley read letter from Robert Nahrgang offering his
resignation as secretary. Mr. Nahr5ang stated that vacating this
position in no way changed his status as a member of this commission.
He stated thn.t he wished his membership to be retained. This letter
�----• _ _ , , dated April 29 and filed in correspondence file.
Subdivision plan of part of Blocks 45 & 46 belonging to harry
Stradling was approved by signature of secretary. Copy of plat put
in board files. This was the second plat presented by Stradling 's
engineer, Claude Arnold. The first plat was rejected owing to a

Planning Board receiv d ood Subdivisi n Plats No. 6 - 7 but
no action was taken.-Tbes�e plats' were turned over to "r -noyle
