committe of two to find out just what they can or can't do
in regard to Trailers and Shacks and then report to the
City Council.
It was brought to the attention of the Planning Commission
by John Huffman that Robert Nahrgang had been on the Board
for 6 months and occupied position of Secretary for that
period. It was also pointed out that Bob Nahrgang was approv-
ed for membership on the sole condition he would withdraw his
objections as to location of certain streets in his subdivision
and would absent himself from all discussions pertaining to
location of streets in his subdivision and further he would
abide by decision of Planning Board. It is felt 6 months is
sufficient time for Bob to prove he wants to help develop the
City as he stated when seeking a seat on the commission and
therefore we respectfully request Bob to either produce deeds
as requested by Planning Commission and City Council without
further delay or tender his resignation from the Planning
Commission.
Huffman tendered his resignation.
The Planning Commission in regular session, the following members
being present: Chairman J. E. Woolley, Mrs. Rose Kamper, J. Be
Gaston, Cecil PITMAN, C. B. Niemeyer and Ed Overton, requested
Mayor to ask Mr. Bob Nahrgang for his resignation from Fairhope
