PLANNING BOARD MEETING OF JAN. 280 1955
Chairman Woolley called the meeting to order at 7:15 PM.
Members present: J.E. Woolley, C.B. Niemeyer, R. Macon,
rs. Rose Kamper, R. Nahrgang and C. Pitman and S. Doyle
of the State Planning Board.
Correspondence: None.
New Applications: None.
Old Business: The Chairman instructed the Secretary to for-
ward n wr-TTIng a copy of the motions passed at the Board
Meeting of Uec. 10, 1954 (under New Business) to the Fairhope
Council.
,y New Business: Upon assent of the Board, the Chairman instructed
e ecre ary to notify the American Society of Planning
Officials of eancelbation of their weekly letter service, for
at least this current year, and to request invoicing of any
charge yet unpaid.
Mr. Doyle exhibited a partially completed Major Street Plan map
which, when completed, is to xxx serve as a long-term guide
for street development. Further discussion was deferred to
the next meeting.
Date of next Meeting: Friday, February 25, 1955 at 7:OOPM.
