Macon, Mrs. Ros_e_6mper, t_.B. _O.v_er on, J. Huffihan, C:.B, NI'emeyer, J. Gaston, C._Pi tma_n, R. Nahrgang and Sidney Uoyle of the Pate Planning board. Correspondence: None. New Applications: None. Old Business: J. Huffman made the following motion, seconded by t.�B.Oveefin that: Mr. Doyle's letter of Nov.29, 1954 be attached to the minutes of Uec. 3, 1954. Motion passed. New business: A discussion of the general factors affecting major S ree Planning: i. Entries to the community, 2. Ac- cessibility, 3. Location of special functions, 4. Sources of automotive and pedestrian traffic, 5. Topography, 6. Uni- fication of street system, 7. Engineering and economic goals and limitations. J.
