SPECIAL MEETING OF 1FAI HOPE PLA'rIII'G A1D ZONING BOARD 1_aKr 14, 1 CIS I Meeting called to order by Chairman, J. E. -oolley at 5 P. M. sharp. Kembers present were Lars. Rose Kar.per, Mr. Cecil Pitman, L:r. T. E. Page, Lr. C. B. Niemeyer, Er. J. E. roolley, Kr. R. C. 11acon, and L'r. Jno. S. Huffman. Roading of the minutes of the previous meeting was dispensed with in the interest of time . Mr. Cecil Pitman was appointed as a committee of one to work with Mr. Hu3�ies, President of the Chamber of Coerce, on the developmont of the Fairhope beach, in accordance with the sugge;tion in our letter of Lay 3rd from Sidney E. Doyle, State Planning Engine3r. . The Doard roved the attached letter be sent to Er. P. E.'Jilson, in connection with his cadet housing inquiry. � It ras moved by 1-ro.
