M. sharp. Members present: Mrs. Rose Kamper, Cecil Pitman-, T. E. Page, Brad Niemeyer, J. E. Woolley, J. L. Gaston, Jno. S. Huffman. Mr. Sidney Doyle, State Planning Engineer was present. The minutes of the previous meeting were approved as read. Lr. P. E. Wilson of Houser �.filson Company presented a resume of the National Homes product which his Company is fabricating and selling in Daphne and Mobile. Cadet is considered leader: 2 Bedroom, 705 square feet, at �5795, and about $395.00 down and 16,138.00 per month, including interest, insurance, taxes and principal. Credit for Cadet Lot w600.00. Right now, no authority to Loan on Single Tax land. llow using 60 x 120 feet lot in Daphne. House- 28'-7" x 24'-711. Lfr. Wilson requested the Planning Commission go on record as to their feeling toward building the Cadet and other National Homes Products in Fairhope. Woolley that approval of Edmonds o�p n for permission to build a sotre on n/s of Fairh ope Avenue, near usy ee be referred to Brad Niemeyer who was charged to use his o;m judgement in arranging f or a location. It was sug.-ested that Edmondson move East into Building Area or at least keeping to Last of Extension of Pleasant Avenue, going North. Seconded by Huffman, Motion carried. J. E. Gaston moves that we petition the State Planning Board to give us all available information and ideas and maps and specifications for suggested development of our bwd. and Park system. Seconded by �ioolley. Carried. It was suggested that State Planning Board incorporate the requested Beach road, as proposed by petition presented by Paul Fredericks. Jim Gaston moved that the committee notify the City Council of the exis- tence of a septic tank in tide water irrnediately South of the Denton pro- pertyr along the Bay Front, and request that the City investigate this sani- tary condition in connection therewith.
