Mooting called to order by Chairman J. E. Woolley at 7s 30 P. '1. sharp. Members
presents J. E. Tfoolley, R. C. Macon, T. J. Klumpp, Sr., T. E. Page, Mrs. Rose
Ksnper, Jno. S. Fluffiran; and visitors - Sidney Doyle of State Planning Board and

The minutes of the previo meeting were a proved�a read.

A Plat bf a Subdivisi of Block 30 lat Northwest co r er of Pier and Liberty Street
was presented to th3 ubdividion o-r•mlt ee for app oval by Dr. C. A. Gaston of
the Fairhope Single Tax oration.. The subdivision committee approved the plat
with provision contour lines, north pole and street names, and location of cul-
vert under pier St be supplied and subject to chan�,ing the north line of lot two
from an East and Wiest line to a diagional line extending from the 11. 4. corner
of Lot 1 to the N. VT. corner of Lot 2; moved by Jno. S. Huffman that approval
bo given to the above subdivision, seconded by Tony Klumpp and duly carried.
rx. vi. B. McGill requested ermission to convert they, ewell Laundry on s/s
Eorphy just West of School 9-treet to a Smoke I:ouse. Moved by Jno. S. Huffman
that the above request be tabled pendin3 a similiar written request from the
owner of the land involved. Seconded by T. J. Klumpp, motion carried.
L:r. IsadorA Reynolds presented a plat of a subdivision of his holdings on Section
Street and also of the(�Kirkr= Tract and holdings of�'I. Boone -Mickey Johnson
et al. Mr. Reynolds stated that deeds to the Streets involved in his plat had
been recorded. 11r. Reynolds re uested permission to record his plat.- Moved by
T. J. Klurrpp that the plat e correcte per sug-estions of Subdivision Committee
and re- presented at next meeting. Seconde Jno. S. Huffman and motion carried.

for specific use of her o�rty o include oper ions of a fiat House of a non

cor-nercial nature, it is the iMt-ent_ of.-the-P ring Commission to permit land
uses of such nature in all residential districts of the city. The Comprehensive
Zoning Ordinance, stating specific land uses, has not yet been effectuatedg but
the Planning Commission recommends to the City Council that this use be allowed.
Zoning Committee to Study maps and information given them and report back at
next meeting, a suggested zoning for non-residential area.
Next meeting to be Wednesday, Larch 24th, at 7e30 P. Y.
