Doyle explained the pur.00se of the subdivision regulations is for future development and in no way effects present subdivisionsand layouts, aslong as the plat thereof is recorded in the Jude of Probate Office in Bay-iinette. However, if a revision is requested by interested parties, this revision will have to be presented to the ;Manning and zonin- commission for approval. It was moved by It. C. 1.Iacon and seconded by T. J. Klumpp, Sr. that the Subdivision Regulations as published in the Fairhope Courier, P,ovcmb r 12, 1953, is subject to the folla;ring change: Section 22.8 to read as follow : "Alleys: Alleys shall be provided along thI rear of all lots to be used for b iness. Provisions for alleys along the rear of residential lots is optional, exceo where, in the opinion of the Planning Commission, such alleys are advisable." L"oticn was unanimously carried. The secretary was instructed to carry a change in the Courier as of Dece--iber 3- 1953. Mr. Doyle suggests the Co=iission subscribe for Planning Advisory Service, at 050.00 per year. It was the unanimous opinion of the comiittee that the Sec- retary be instructed to write the City ri.th a request for an appropriation of M50.00 to purchase the above service. It was moved by J. E. jaston, Sr, seconded by lick Macon that the December meeting be o:.iitted. Lotion carried. Next meeting to be January 27th at 7:00 P. M. Meeting Adjourned at 8:55 P. L% N
