Resignatio n from Industrial Development Board
May this ema il serve as my resignation from the City of Fairhope Industrial Development Board . I would otherwise be
very pleased to serve on this Board but the meeting scheduling obviously did not fit wel l with my business travel
schedule . In the future, I wou ld recommend setting up a recurring meeting schedu le so that Board members can plan
around those meeting dates and make arrangements to be present . When the meetings are routinely scheduled on
short notice, I (and I think others) are often committed to prior events and cannot attend . I certainly do not want my
inability to attend recent meetings to reflect negative ly on my interest in serving on the Board .
Thank you for allowing me to serve on this Board . It is always my pleasure and privi lege to serve the City of Fairhope in
any capacity where my ta lent and experience are beneficia l to the City .
