Hey Bob , As I mentioned a couple of months ago , I have comtemplated resigning from the IDB . After much
thought and angst I have decided to resign. Thanks for the opportunity of my being invo lved and I hope that the
Board can find an opportunity to be greater involved in the development process . Thanks again.
