Beginning in 2021, this is to be a target, with the understanding that commission members have the flexibility to operate outside these parameters as needed. Carrie McLemore, as chair of the nominating committee, reported that Miranda Schrubbe will serve on the committee and Robin Coleman has been asked to serve but has not confirmed. New members of the commission should be named in time to be approved at a December meeting of the city council and take office in the new year. The next meeting of the FPSC will be on October 7th at 4:30, location to be determined. Meeting was adjourned at 5:00. Respectfully submitted by Miranda Schrubbe
