The Harbor Board met at 4:30 p.m.,

Ci v ic Center, Delchamps Room , 161 N Section St.
Fairhope , Alabama 36532 on Wednesday, January 8, 2020
Present were Members : Skip Jones, Bob Riggs , Scott Douglass , Chris Cunningham and Council President
Jack Burrell. The City was represented by Sean Saye and Lynn Maser. Jennifer Olmstead took the minutes .
Skip Jones called the meeting to order at 4:30 p.m.
Minutes from the October 16 , 2019 meeting were presented and approved on a motion by Bob Riggs ,
seconded by Chris Cunningham; none opposed .
Lynn Maser turned her time over to Council President Jack Burrell.
Jack Burrell stated that the City Council opposes a boat yard concept and introduced Christian Preus.
Christian Preus provided renderings of conceptual concepts of a dry storage facility and overall property
upgrades and discussed the renderings.
The Harbor Board members in attendance were in favor of the concepts presented by Christian Preus.
The next sched ul ed meeting will be held on April 8, 2020 at 4:30pm.
There being no further business to come before the Harbor Board , the meeting was duly adjourned at 5 :24
pm .
