M.L. discussed with the Board the T-hangar proposal.
The new figures he came up with are a cost of $16,000
per unit. This is more that originally figured. We
are considering 8 nested at this time. The Board thought
rent for these units could be $100 monthly. The question
was asked where 'to go from here. Mason asked Jeanette
to mention to the Council what we were attempting to do
and see if they were receptive about plans to borrow
possible $128,000 for this project to include road work,
pads, clearing and all preparation as well as first eight
buildings. It was mentioned that Rohr is expanding and will
be taking the large hangar into their operation. Jeanette
said she would bring this up.
There being no further business, meeting was duly adjourned.
