1. Call to order.
2. Review/Approve June Meeting minutes.
3. Administrative Items-(All)-Transfer of Bike Valet Program Coordinator duties.
4. Action Items from June Meeting:
a. Johnnie Prewitt, as a non-committee citizen, volunteered to write a memo to Katie Bolton officially
requesting the Fairhope Cycling Project to order bike racks for locations #1-2.-(Johnnie Prewitt)
b. Rosalie Stromme to send Richard Johnson a list of locations #3-6 to have these six racks installed
when they arrive.-(Rosalie)
c. Bill Hall to follow up with the Traffic Safety Control Committee to determine if Pedestrian & Bicycle
Committee recommendations outlined in 5/1/2023 memo were approved or denied at their 6/6/2023
meeting.-(Bill)
d. Chris Riley will formerly request via memo to the Traffic Safety Control Committee that a Traffic
Study be conducted by the Police Department regarding this situation between Gambino’s and
American Legion.-(Chris R.)
5. Status of SHARRO markings installa�on on S. Mobile St between Fels & Pier Sts-(Richard Johnson)
6. ETA for new Bike Racks and Bicycle Repair Sta�on for Pier St-(Richard Johnson)
7. Update on Blue Island & Fairwood Blvd Sidewalks Projects-(Richard Johnson)
7. Update on Triangle Property development project-(Ka�e/Richard Johnson)
8. Baldwin County Connec�vity Plan Update-(Dione Heusel)
9. BCTB Bike to School Workshops-(Dione Heusel)
10. Complete Streets Program grant application-(Gary)
11. “Open Forum” discussion of any topics not on the agenda.
