LCharlieSeniormovedtodenyvariancerequest,JimMcCluresecondedandvotewasformotion:RobertVanlderstine,CharlieSenior,JimMcClure,JoePetties.ClaudePuckettandPeteWalkerabstained.Motiontodenycarried.Case#58.DanHamilton,108VolantaAvenue,rearyardvarianceMr.Hamiltonplanstobuildanewhomeonthislotandsaidthathedidnotrealizethatheneeded35ft.intherearyard.Thatthereisonecornerofthepropertythatwillrequirea14ft.variance.Heshowedasiteplanonhome.Mr.WalkeraskedBobtocommentandBobsaidhehadaproblemwithnewhomesbeingputontoosmalllots.HeaskedwhatportionofhouseproblemandMr.Hamiltonsaidthatabathroomandclosetarepartstickingout,ifcannotresolvewillhavetoeliminateabedroomandbuildamuchsmallerhomethanwhathewouldliketo.Mr.WalkerreadaletterfromDanBentonhisneighbortotherearwhosaidhedidnothaveaproblemwiththis.Itwasdeterminedthatthereisagulleythatrunsbehindproperty.Claudeaskedifthispartofsubdivision,Bobsaidhadbeendividedinto3lots.Mr.Walkercalledforanycommentsoramotion.Jim,McCluremovedtograntvarianceasrequested.ClaudePuckettsecondedandmotioncarriedunanimously.Case#583.VivianSmith,54Inqleside,SpecialExceptionUse-Bed&BreakfastNote-ASpecialExceptionUsehadbeengrantedatthispropertyon10/28/93.Vivianspokesayingsheispurchasingthepropertyfromherhusbandandatthistimewishestobuildtwoonebedroomunitsinhergarageareahopingtosupplementherincomeusingtheseasbedandbreakfasts.Mr.WalkercalledforquestionsandLibbyMcCawleycameforwardsayingthattheylivewithin300ft.butwerenotnotified.BobLunsford‘commentedthattheapplicantistofurnishtheresidentswithin300ft.andrecommendthatwecontinuethisfor30daysinorderforpropernotificationofallinterestedparties,getrevisedlist.RobertVanIderstinemovedtopostponefor30days,ClaudePuckettsecondedandmotioncarriedunanimously.Therebeingnofurtherbusiness,meetingwasdulyadjourned.IherebycertifythatthisisatrueandcorrectcopyoftheminutesoftheBoardofAdjustments&AppealsoftheApril15,1996meet;ng.‘tyvenbark,SecretaryBoardfAdjustments&Appeals
