The Airport Board of the City of Fairhope met November 7, 1980
at 2:30 p.m. at the City Administration Building, 387 Fairhope Avenue
Fairhope, Alabama
Those present: Chairman Russ Kilgore; members Mac McCawley
and Jim Gaston
A discussion was held on the installation of an electric fence
with limited access at the Airport. All members felt there is a
definite need of this. Russ remarked that there is a possibility
that this can be included under the present ADAP-03 project. Mac
McCawley moved that we go ahead with trying to get it if we can get
it at 10%, J.E. Gaston seconded and motion carried.
The following bills were approved:

and the short-term mortgage for the land had been paid off on the
reimbursable land -03 project.
Also, we had received first pay request from the F.A.A. in the
amount of $120,000.00

date of valuation caused by the public improvement for which such property is acquired,
or by the likelihood that the property would be acquired for such improvements, other
than that due to physical deterioration within the reasonable control of the owner, has
been disregarded in determining the compensation for the property.

in any way contingent upon the values reported herein.
