I cannot believe it is time to start another new year!
After a great 2022 that saw lots of projects get underway, we are approaching this new year with increased enthusiasm for the work being done on the streets and throughout the community. You will see the new baseball fields complete, the Arts Alley work beginning and completed, lots of utility upgrades projects completed and a new track facility at Founder’s Park.
We’ll spend January preparing for February events:
Mardi Gras parades, the annual State of the City event,
Chili for Charity 2023, Arbor Day and the Pirate Dash,
just to name a few.
Great things are in store for the year ahead as we work to keep Fairhope a great place to live, work and play.
Sherry Sullivan, Mayor
