Review and Approval of repairs to the North Hangar:
Remediation-Final Payment to Lanier Construction for the repairs to the North
Hangar/ Administration Building: Joe McEnerney stated that he has an invoice
from Lanier Construction for the repairs to the North Hangar in the amount of
$20,439.12 as well as a wavier of lien for the same amount. He also stated that
he has already paid Lanier Construction $75,000.00 for work already completed.
Vince Boothe made a motion to withhold the $20,439.12 final payment until the
Authority receives all paperwork and waver of liens on all the work that Lanier
Construction has done. After a group discussion it was decided that Vince Boothe
would withdraw his motion and Joe McEnerney would get all the paperwork and
wavier of lien on all the construction before the Authority votes to pay the final
invoice.

McEnerney stated that he has a proposal from M W Rogers Construction for
$20,394.00 to repair the roof on the North Hangar. Vince Boothe made a motion
to hire MW Rogers Construction to repair the roof on the North Hangar for up to
$30,000.00, second by Chip Groner and unanimously passed.
Other Business: Joe McEnerney stated that MW Rogers has been working on the
Public Safety Hangar for the last several weeks and he has an invoice for a partial
payment of $90,000.00 . Vince Boothe stated that they had done that much or
more on the hangar and Josh Myrick stated that it should be fine as long as they
send a lien wavier .
Other Business: Jack Burrell stated that he had been putting numbers together
for different types of interest rates and terms for the costs of building the 20 T-
Hangars. He said he just wanted to caution the Authority members to be careful
in their decisions about either financing or trying to get grants to build the
hangars. The Authority members then had a group discussion about the types of
financing they want to pursue.
Joe McEnerney recognized Erik Cortinas, City of Fairhope Building Official, who
told the Authority members that he was willing to help them any way he could to
get their building projects moving forward and to feel free to call on him at any
time.
There being no further business, a motion was made to adjourn by Chip Groner,
second by Will Bruce and unanimously passed. The meeting adjourned at
5:20PM.
