City Administrator Gregg Mims briefly explained the scope of work and the
need for the contract with Agromax, LLC to maintain the greens, work schedules, and
proper chemicals to use. There are funds in the budget for the consultant. Council
President Mixon mentioned the Greens Superintendent was no longer with the City of

the contract of $35,000 a year contract and adding it to the resolution.
Councilmember Stankoski introduced in writing, and moved for the adoption

Mayor Kant stated that Jeff Williams, a City employee, will help and he will get
certified in the next year. Council President Mixon mentioned that we will no longer
have the position of Greens Superintendent and the salary was around $72,000.

a Greens Superintendent. Mayor Kant stated we don't have three months to wait.
Councilmember Stankoski stated we have put a great deal of funds into the golf
course and need to preserve what we have already done.
Councilmember Quinn called for a "Point of Order." She stated that Council
