STATE OF ALABAMA
COUNTY OF BALDWIN
The City Council of the City of Fairhope met in special session
at the City Hall, Friday, May 16, 1969 at 5:00 P.M. with the
following members present: Mayor R. C. Macon, Councilmen: H. G.
Bishop, Sam E. Box, R. H. Cowen, James P. Nix and John Robertson.
Each member signed waive of notice of calling of a special meetinA.
Motion by Councilman Cowen seconded by Councilman Robertson that
the following Resolution be adopted:
BE IT RESOLVED that Councilman H. G. Bishop and R. H. Cowen
with Mayor R. C. Macon be authorized to negotiate for the pur-
chase of land owned by Mr. Bradley on Fish River for additional
Park Area and are further authorized to take a 90 day option on
said land and report their action to this Council for acceptance.
Motion carried.
There being no further business, motion was duly made and sec
that the meeting adjourn.

We, the undersigned members of the Fairhope City Council
hereby waive notice of the calling of a special meeting of the
City Council of the City of Fairhope, Alabama for the purpose
of discussing and taking necessary action on additional park
lands for the City, and do consent that said meeting be held at
the City Hall, Friday, May 169 1969 at 5;00 P.M. in the City%
of Fairhope, Alabama.

Yaur lot o fairhope Avanue in iot 3, Block 10,
according to slat of the lands of the Fairhope Single
Tax Corporation, has accumulated a growth of weeds and
has rubbish and lumber on it that is liable to consti-
tute a fire hazard and a nuisance, harboring mosquitos..
This is in violation of Section 10.of Title 10 of the'.
Code of the City of Fairhope, Alabama.
You are hereby notified to make thase premises
safe and panitary and to remove the cat,. of such con-
ditions. Failure to do so within Tor days of ro-
ceipt of this notice, the City of Fairl,ps may take
court action and remove the same at y '.if' expense.
