Gentlemen: fW
The Industrial Development ard had a telephone
conference this date, concerning,sub-division of Indus-
trial 'Park as it now exists onhCity owned ,lands on South
Section Street. It is our request that this land be sub-
divided into approximately five kacre sites, showing streets
and utility access to separate lots.] We'feel that this
should be done by an engineer;., We requesto the engineer to
give us a topo map of proposed industriall subdivision. If
the engineer is of the opinionijthat a soil' bearing capa-
city test is necessary wewis,h to enterjthis in our request
so that we may demonstrate same to ,pri posed industry.
We would appreciate the City-movingiwith some haste
in this request as we have alprpposall from an industry
seeking 31,000 square foot ,building on undistrub.ed- soil.
This industry has stated in fa letter tome`tha-t they be-
lieve a building can be erected ,P6p/approximately $150,000.
