COUNTY OF BALDWIN
The Town Council of the Town of Fairhope met
in regular session at the Town Hall Tuesday
September 10, 1946 at 7:30 P.M. with the following
members present: Mayor, Howard Ruge, Councilmen:
J. H. Bennett, C. A. Gaston, H. P. Kamper, W. 0.
Keeble and J. 0. Stimrson.
The minutes of the previous regular meeting and
the special meeting of September 3rd were read
and approved.

Motion by Councilman J. 0. Stimpson seconded by
Councilman H. P. Kamper that the application of
C. C. Baldwin for building permit in the space
between the Greer Bldg. and New Sanitary Market
be allowed. Motion carried.
Motion by Councilman H. P. Kamper seconded by
9 Councilman J. 0. Stimpson that the application of
Vim. Sexton for moving permit be allo7red. Motion
carried.
It was di)ly moved and seconded that the meeting
adjourn. Motion carried.
